PHOTOGRAPHER ARTIST
For 15 years now, the art of photography has captivated Patrick Moriamé. Specialising in portraits and studio photography, he enjoys creating a bond with his models to capture their very soul with his images.
“I met Christophe while organising the Meet in Liège, on the Standard Liège football pitch. Like everyone who meets him, I was impressed by his dynamism, his creativity and his desire to create lovely things. His taste for beauty enchanted the photographer in me. At some point during the summer of 2017, our paths happened to cross in the street. He had changed his hair colour and got some new tattoos. But his character hadn’t changed.
And since it was a character that had already won me over, I didn’t hesitate a second before agreeing to take part in producing his IconoBook. Although I have worked on plenty of stylised commissions during my career, this was the first time I had been offered a project requiring such perfection.
Christophe is from Liège but sees things as though he were living in a capital city. He has no fear of aiming high. As a result, when you look though his IconoBook, it could easily pass for a site designed by a New York communication agency. Taking part in this adventure is quite simply a delight.”
